Emily Stout is a New-York based theatre artist. After realizing that she’d never really succeed at winter sports, she moved from Steamboat Springs, Colorado to complete high school at Interlochen Arts Academy. From there, she moved to New York City and received her BA in Acting from Fordham University and her minor in Classical Languages and Civilizations (she remembers none of the Latin). After a love affair with Kentucky and Actors Theatre of Louisville, she moved to California to complete her MFA in Acting from University of California San Diego. She does not surf.
